Do i need to register on your website before placing order ?

Yes, registration is mandatory before placing order. You can register manually by clicking on "SignUpt" button displaying at Home page on our website.

Do this website support automatic exchange of currencies ?
No, all exchange operations are executed manually by site administrator.


After placing order at your website, how much time will you take to process order successfully ?

Your order will get executed by us within 10 to 120 mins after receiving payment from you. Generally it takes much faster within 5-10 mins in working hours.
Work Hours:
Mon – Fri 10AM To 6PM (UTC+5.30)
Sat & Sun Free Time only
8PM to 10AM Free Time

 Plz avoid transactions after 9.30 PM. Orders will be completed on next day.

Why my exchange order is cancelled or denied?
 
There may be several reasons for your order denial/cancellation:
1. If your payment is not received within60 mins of placing order on our website, your order will get cancelled automatically.
2. You have entered wrong transaction details i.e transaction number/batch number is wrong, Third party payments and no payment received from your side to our specified account.
3. Due to Technical Error at our website.

Order completed but amount not credited to bank account
This may happen due to an authentication failure at your bank. We request you to wait for 2 days for the amount to either get reflected in your account or credited back to our account.
 
If the problem continue to persist you can write to your bank in your bank website  by “Send us an Email “ Tab with following details:
• Date of Transaction
• Transaction Amount
• RRN/UPI (Reference Number)
• Beneficiary UPI details - Please mention the name and UPI handle. E.g: If UPI ID is abc@bank
